WrenchFit
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

Terms of Use

Effective August 26, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and C&C Digital Ventures LLC, operator of WrenchFit. By using WrenchFit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What WrenchFit provides

WrenchFit is a recordkeeping, research, fitment, and organization tool. It can store owner-entered vehicle and part information, show data from external sources, suggest search context, organize exact listings in a multi-retailer cart, and link to third-party sellers. It does not sell vehicle parts and is not a substitute for a qualified mechanic, engineer, installer, inspection, service manual, manufacturer instruction, or recall remedy.

Fitment and safety

Vehicle records, OCR, catalog applications, seller claims, search results, cross-references, and confidence labels can be incomplete or wrong. A “verified” record describes the basis saved by a user or source; it is not a warranty from WrenchFit. Before purchase or installation, independently confirm part number, dimensions, material, load rating, clearances, connections, vehicle configuration, and safety requirements. See Fitment & Safety.

Your records and account

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you enter and for keeping independent backups of records you cannot afford to lose. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for account activity and for protecting your login.

Third-party services and purchases

Third-party data, links, prices, availability, and compatibility statements are controlled by their providers and may change. Purchases occur directly with the seller, not WrenchFit. The seller’s terms, privacy policy, shipping, returns, warranties, and dispute process apply. References to a seller, brand, manufacturer, or government source do not imply endorsement. Some seller links may be affiliate links, which means WrenchFit may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without changing the seller's price to you.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, violate another person’s rights, or use it unlawfully.

Ownership

You retain your rights in content you enter. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service. WrenchFit software, design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors.

Availability and changes

The service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may suspend access needed to protect users or the service. We may update these Terms, with the new effective date posted here.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitment, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WrenchFit and C&C Digital Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, vehicle damage, personal injury, or losses arising from reliance on fitment or third-party information. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact

Washington law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Use the support page.
